Baked Eggs

Ingredients
1 cup of milk. | 6 Eggs. | 1 tsp butter (melted). | 1 cup of flour. | 1/2 tsp of salt. | 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation and Cooking time 30 min.
Serving Ideas: Breakfast meats, veggies, fruits, cinnamon / sugar, or just salt and pepper.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and spray an 8 X 8 dish with non-stick spray.

     Combine the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Then whisk in flour and salt until smooth. Pour the batter in the dish and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and continue to back for 15 minutes more or until the sides are crisp and golden brown.

Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

If you have an egg allergy, egg beaters work just fine.
