Shellys Pinwheels

Ingredients
2 packages (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened.
1 package (1oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing Mix.
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas. | 1 jar(4oz) diced pimentos. | 1 jar(4oz) diced green chilies.
1 jar(4oz) sliced black olives.


Preparation and Chilling time 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Directions
     Mix the softened cream cheese and hidden valley ranch dressing mix and spread on the tortillas. Drain the vegetables and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of diced pimentos, diced green chilies, and sliced black olives on top of the tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly and chill at least two hours. When chilled, cut the rolls into one-inch pieces and discard the ends. Serve with spirals facing up.

Yield: 3 dozen pinwheels.
